4. Shipping Restrictions

4.1 PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Some shipping methods may not be available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If this is the case, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.

4.2 Shipping Areas: We currently ship to addresses within the [Country]. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

5. Delivery Issues

1.1 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable products, and trainings are non-returnable.

1.2 Time Frame: You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.

1.3 Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
